MR. SCHLOTTMAN
My name is David Schlottman and I am very happy be in my fourth year as your principal!
I want you to know right up front that I will be working with everyone in the community (Students, Parents, Staff, Community Members) to ensure that our schools continue to offer quality programs that enable students to earn their diplomas, and get the training and preparation for the next stage of life--whether that be more schooling or the world of work/career. Graduating from high school and getting ready for “what’s next” remain our top priorities for all students.
My background is that I have been a high school, middle school, elementary school and district office administrator over the past 20+ years. Before I became an administrator, I taught for a total of ten years at the middle and high school levels, and enjoyed it immensely!
I was raised in San Diego and have lived for the past nine years in Escondido, CA. I have been a part of Temecula Valley Unified School District for nine years.
I love to work with students and with our community.

My name is Stephanie Webb, and this is my fourth year serving as the Assistant Principal of Alternative Education, supporting our Continuation High School, Independent High School, and Adult School programs. I have worked in education for twenty-one years: first as an instructional assistant, then as a teacher, and now as an administrator. I am deeply passionate about creating meaningful, flexible pathways that allow every student the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and achieve their personal and academic goals. I believe every student deserves options, support, and a second chance—and I am honored to help provide those opportunities through our alternative education programs.
